16 Week Programme
1 year Programme
8 weekly sessions of 2.5 hours each + Silent Retreat
3 hours per workshop (6 workshops per year, each with different themes)
4 weekly sessions of 1.5 hours each
4 weekly sessions of 2 hours each
3 weekly sessions of 3-3.5 hours each
5 - 8 weekly sessions of 1.5-2 hours each
8 weekly sessions of 2-2.5 hours each
3 x 1 hour Sessions (online and onsite)
