1. Mindfulness for ADHD Management

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neuro-developmental disorder that can have a significant impact on students, both in terms of their academic performance and their social interactions. With proper support, students with ADHD can learn to manage their symptoms and thrive. Mindfulness training is one such support that can be provided for students with ADHD at school and it can be beneficial as it can help them manage their symptoms and thrive.

2. Mindfulness for ASD Support

Mindfulness can be a helpful practice for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in several ways. Evidence suggest that students can benefit from increased positive emotions, reduced anxiety, improved social skills, reduced aggression, greater self-acceptance and better focus and attention. Though some individuals with ASD may require additional support or modifications, with proper planning and sustained practice in the school, students can fully benefit from mindfulness practices.
