Our Purpose
The Fund was established to promote research and support initiatives that enhance mindfulness, encourage holistic learning, and drive sustainable growth. Our vision is to empower communities and individuals through conscious investment in wellbeing and responsible development.
Governance & Leadership
The Fund is guided by a Management Committee composed of members familiar with governance, finance, and holistic development. Their strategic oversight ensures the Fund operates with integrity, transparency, and in alignment with its mission. Each member plays a vital role in policy approval and financial stewardship.

Fund Management
Our appointed Fund Manager handles daily operations, implementing policies approved by the Committee and maintaining rigorous financial controls. All transactions and reports are reviewed regularly to ensure accountability and compliance with our internal regulations.

Financial Reports

Compliance & Ethics
The Fund adheres to strict anti-money laundering and anti-terror financing regulations. We uphold a robust conflict of interest policy, requiring disclosure and abstention in any decision involving personal gain. We do not rely on charitable status and maintain a distinct non-charitable, tax-exempt identity.
