Mindfulness Programmes for Workplaces

Our Mindfulness at the Workplace programmes are uniquely designed for organisations and corporations based on the principles of mindfulness and performance. The programmes are catered to leadership and staff at all levels in organisations.

1. Mindfulness for Employee Wellbeing

Mindfulness for Employee Wellbeing is a programme that introduces staff to the practices and benefits of Mindfulness. Participants will learn the practices of mindfulness and its benefits in day to day interactions and activities at workplace to navigate through stressful and difficult situations with greater ease and also make better decisions. They will also learn strategies to increase focus, increase self and other awareness, and improve emotional regulation.

 

This programme can delivered online or onsite (in person) and as short as an hour workshop or up to a half-day workshop. 

2. Workplace Mindfulness for Personal Effectiveness

Workplace Mindfulness for Personal Effectiveness is an evidence-based programme that is conducted once weekly (2 hours) for up to 8 weeks.

 

This programme empowers staff to embody mindfulness in their personal and professional lives. Staff learn how to respond to the complexities, pressures, and uncertainties of the workplace with greater balance, clarity, confidence and productivity.

 

Participants will learn: 

 

- the practices of mindfulness and its benefits in day to day interactions

- activities at workplace to navigate through stressful and difficult situations with greater ease and also make better decisions.

- strategies such as holding mindful meetings, mindful listening  

- strategies to increase focus, increase self and other awareness, improve emotional regulation and increase performance levels at work.

3. Mindfulness for Leaders

The Mindfulness for Leaders programme aims to empower leaders with the practices of mindfulness and its benefits in day to day activities at work including having a positive impact on their leadership, workplace relationships and personal life. The corporate context and elements have been built within the activities conducted in the workshops.

 

The programme includes tried, tested and evidenced based and secular Mindfulness practices, attention training, concentration, breathing and movement practices with a combination of psychological and strength based practices to enhance the impact of Mindfulness. The whole program will be conducted through a series of activities and small group reflections.

4. Corporate Mindfulness Retreat

Our bespoke corporate mindfulness retreats invite employees to embark on a rejuvenating journey towards personal wellbeing and professional growth. Against the backdrop of a serene natural setting (or a resort), this retreat offers participants an immersive experience designed to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and foster a harmonious work environment.

 

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in group discussions and interactive sessions that explore the benefits of mindfulness in their personal lives as well as in their workplace. They will gain insights into effective stress management techniques, resilience building, and fostering better communication and teamwork.

 

The retreat also emphasises the importance of holistic wellbeing by integrating mindful eating practices and nurturing physical activities. Delicious and nutritious meals will be served, with a focus on conscious eating and savouring each bite. Physical wellness sessions such as yoga, nature walks, and gentle exercises will provide opportunities for participants to reconnect with their bodies and recharge their energy.
