About the Speaker: Kathirasan K (Kathir) is the Founder and Managing Director of the Centre for Mindfulness Group. He is the author of three books on Mindfulness and has trained thousands of people. Kathir has the ability to contextualise Mindfulness within any culture and in the areas of education, leadership, teaching, learning, personal development, coaching, counselling, career development and stress management. Being an experienced OD Consultant, Kathir sees the relevance of Mindfulness in Organisational and Workplace settings.
