Sue-Ann Chan Wee Foong
Certified Mindfulness Teacher (CMT-P)

Sue-Ann is a former Ministry of Education primary school teacher turned IMTA-accredited professional mindfulness teacher. She holds a postgraduate diploma in education from NTU / NIE and received a distinction in practicum teaching and facilitation.

She has a passion for education and, through two decades of experience, aspires to continue imparting its true purpose — the refinement of self through awareness and a deeper understanding of the relationship between ourselves and the world.

Over the past eight pivotal years of self-mastery, she has also felt a deep calling to guide people towards understanding and appreciating their wellbeing through one critical approach — embodying mindfulness in their daily lives.

She carries the essence of mindfulness into all areas of her professional and personal pursuits. Through role-modelling and simplicity, she hopes to inspire others to embrace mindfulness as a lifestyle and witness the beauty of its essence.

In some of her recent projects, she has showcased the essence of mindfulness by being crowned in a beauty pageant and serving as Chairperson of the inaugural World Mindfulness Summit organised by the Centre for Mindfulness.

Sue-Ann is certified to facilitate the Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) program.
