Shirley Wang

Shirley started her mindfulness journey in 2000 and has been practicing mindfulness diligently over the years. Recently, she is focusing more on sitting meditation as her daily practice. Shirley also actively applies mindfulness-based interventions with her counselling clients by helping them recover from their life challenges. She also attends mindfulness retreats and courses to keep herself updated on the latest research and interventions in mindfulness.

Shirley is currently focusing her professional development in the counselling field, which is her new found passion. She has worked with people from all walks of life including children, adolescence, adults and families to help them find a healthy perspective and gain a new lease of life through strengthening their mental health and consequently improving their relationships. Shirley has years of corporate experience and has worked with diverse industries including MNCs and local set ups for over 15 years. She has also ventured into China to promote the Singapore educational systems and also conducted numerous seminars and talks in Chinese.
