Lena Lim is Certified Mindfulness Teacher and a Mindfulness Coach with the Centre for Mindfulness. She spent more than 15 years as an expatriate in several countries before returning to Singapore. It was during her life overseas where she first encountered mindfulness. During her life overseas, Lena had to learn and exercise detachment, acceptance, humility, simplicity, equanimity, among many other life skills to help her go through the various challenges that came with living in a foreign land.
As a mindfulness instructor, she hopes to help people become more aware of themselves such as their character traits to choices in life. Lena believes that consciousness helps to bring peace into our minds and thereby enhance the quality of our life.
