Joy Chua is a dedicated and passionate mindfulness teacher, educator, and sound therapist who brings a unique blend of professional experience and personal transformation to her practice.

Her mindfulness journey began in 2015 during a sabbatical volunteering in a marine and wildlife conservation program in the Maldives. Since then, mindfulness has become both her personal anchor and professional calling. With a strong foundation in education, Joy specializes in working with children and youth, nurturing their emotional resilience, focus, and self-awareness through mindfulness and creative expression. She believes in planting seeds of presence early—helping young minds thrive in today’s overstimulated world.
Joy brings over a decade of corporate experience in marketing and career coaching, which informs her integrative and grounded approach to mindfulness. Her work empowers individuals to move beyond self-limiting beliefs, fostering greater clarity, confidence, and self-mastery.

Joy currently facilitates mindfulness-based programs for individuals, schools, and organizations, combining evidence-based practices with sound therapy and art-based modalities to create inclusive, transformative experiences.
