Mindfulness Drop-In Sessions are designed exclusively for those who have completed the 8-week MBWE mindfulness program. These sessions provide an opportunity to refresh and deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive group environment. Each session includes guided meditations, discussions, and space to reconnect with your mindfulness journey, helping you maintain consistency and integrate mindfulness into your daily life. Join us to nurture your practice and stay aligned with your personal wellbeing goals.
