The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program offers a structured and evidence-based approach to managing stress, cultivating resilience, and enhancing quality of life.


Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, MBSR is an 8-week program that combines mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, and practical inquiry to help participants develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences. Rather than trying to eliminate stress, the program supports individuals in changing their relationship to it—responding with clarity, steadiness, and acceptance.
