About the Event

This one-hour introductory session offers a gentle, experiential exploration of mindfulness for those who are curious but new to the practice. Participants will be introduced to what mindfulness is - and what it is not - through simple explanations, guided practices, and moments of reflection. Rather than striving to change or fix anything, the session invites participants to slow down, notice their present-moment experience, and develop a basic understanding of awareness, attention, and acceptance. The session is designed to be accessible, practical, and grounded, offering participants an opportunity to experience what mindfulness is.
