Imagine practicing Mindfulness under a tree. What does mindful walking feel like in the outdoors?

Nature has a therapeutic effect on our body and mind. Let’s explore mindfulness together in the outdoors to enhance our wellbeing and happiness. We will meditate on our breath, body, and other senses while connecting with nature around  us.
