5 Day Mindfulness Retreat with the Centre for Mindfulness (Online)

To sustain PURPOSE and WELLBEING with an APPRECIATIVE approach to Mindfulness.

This online retreat will help you to explore mindfulness in a safe and private space within your home. It will also provide an opportunity to be with your Self and with other like-minded practitioners. The retreat will be practice-centred and reflective. The teachers will be guiding you on a range of core mindfulness practices and allied exercises to help you stay engaged in practices that will help you to stay connected to your purpose. There will also be self-assessments included into the retreat to provide self-awareness. The focus of this retreat will be your wellbeing: mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and how we can enhance it. Stress and anxiety reduction is not the focus although it is a secondary effect of enhancing wellbeing. You will remain mostly in silence throughout this 5 day retreat. There is no pre-requisite to join this retreat. Everyone is welcome.
