After an accident which occurred in 2013, Sanjeevan was conscious of the importance and benefits of mindfulness and had been practicing it in his daily actions. Mindfulness helped him to recover 85% of his normal functions and helped him achieve greater heights such as taking on the journey of studying psychology to better understand himself and enhance the lives of others. Sanjeevan’s interest to teach mindfulness developed through his desire to create a positive change in the lives of others, especially those who are challenged physically, mentally and socially.
Sanjeevan has experience in doing training, coaching and facilitation especially in the area of motivation and life skills at various schools amongst others. He has worked as a police officer, SYF dance choreographer and event manager amongst others. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Murdoch University and is due to graduate by end 2018. He holds a Diploma in Counselling.
