Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) Workshop
The eight week workshop on Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) was created on the foundation of the practice of secular mindfulness, which encourages being fully present in our lives with greater peace and ease. It is a practice that is useful in the enhancement of wellbeing, self and other awareness, and the prevention and reduction of stress.
