Our Mindfulness programmes for public are targeted at increasing levels of Happiness, reducing Stress and enhancing Self-Awareness. The programmes are catered to individuals, parents and children.

  • Mindful Parenting

    Our Mindful parenting workshops are designed to show that there is light at the end of the tunnel. The workshops will guide you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your child, learn the art of being fully present with your children to see them more clearly beyond the surface appearances and behaviors and meet their needs skillfully and compassionately and at the same time take care of yourselves.

  • Mindfulness for Teenagers

    This program for teens will enhance concentration and focus, reduce stress and anxiety, develop physical and emotional awareness and promote mental wellbeing.

  • Mindfulness for Children

    The skills learned through this programme will help children to be able to notice where their attention is and redirect their attention to where it is supposed to be. Students will also learn to accept their emotions as they are instead of being overwhelmed by them. These skills would help them to be resilient and manage academic related anxieties and stress.

  • Exploring Mindfulness through Art (EMTA)

    Exploring Mindfulness Through Art (EMTA) workshop has provided individuals with a positive outlet of learning and engaging in the present moment( a wonderful Mindfulness practice). Each person explores mindfulness while immersing themselves in the art activities. Participants found themselves to be emotionally rested and remarked at their feeling of calm throughout the session.

  • Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) Workshop

    Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) is a hybrid of Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based-Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It was created on the foundation of the practice of secular mindfulness, which encourages being fully present in our lives with greater peace and ease. It is a practice that is useful in the enhancement of wellbeing, self and other awareness, and the prevention and reduction of stress.
