Mindfulness practices are becoming more relevant in Singapore with the increasing challenges we face in both our personal and professional lives. Mindfulness has a tremendous effect in promoting wellbeing and reducing stress, anxiety and other life challenges. Modern research has found that by practising Mindfulness one can move away from negative thoughts about the past and the future, and remain positive in the present moment. Mindfulness practitioners have also found themselves dealing with physical illnesses and challenges much better than they used to.

Daniela Beltrani, Mindfulness Coach

Daniela Beltrani's teaching is grounded in her daily personal practice and unceasing, deeper research from the vast wealth of contemplative practices including Mindfulness. To her, learning and teaching are the necessary and indissoluble sides of the same coin, life as a journey of personal research. Her overall practice and knowledge in yoga and mindfulness ground her professional side as a performance artist.
