MINDFULNESS PROGRAMS IN SINGAPORE

Centre for Mindfulness Singapore offer various Programs for Mindfulness for people from all walks of life. No matter whether you are a beginner to the practice of mindfulness or someone who has completed the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) program and are looking for more advanced mindfulness training. We offer programs which suits your background. We also offer programs for healthcare providers as well as educators, working professionals and leaders. Our programs invite individuals to be dynamic members in caring for themselves, utilizing their internal resources to cultivate health, happiness and well-being in a wide range of circumstances.

Mindfulness is all about being aware of what is happening as, it’s happening in an open, non-judgmental, accepting, and compassionate way. This awareness supports us in not letting life pass us by while lost in anticipation of the possible future or memories of the past. Developing habits of responding wisely and skillfully to what is actually occurring is relevant when faced with healing from chronic stress and/or chronic health issues such as pain, physical illness, depression or anxiety, and also in the joys, responsibilities and challenges of daily living.
