Pay attention to your body and the environment around you
The purpose of this practice is to get in touch with your body and “listen” to its feedback, train your attention, and release emotions that may be stored in your body.
Preparation:
1. Lie down on an exercise/yoga mat or a flat surface that is comfortable and firm.
2. Relax your legs and arms, and drop them down to your sides.
3. Play the audio file to guide you in this practice.
